Our room was mind-blowing - spacious, comfy, and spotless. The breakfast spread was super - delicious with endless choices. The location was jaw-droppingly PERFECT - close to the boat terminal and just a short walk to the main street. But the best part was Stefano - incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible.

We stayed at this lovely B&B which offers cozy rooms with all the comforts you need. The atmosphere was homely and welcoming, and the host Stefano was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, close to the renowned golf course at Alberoni, where we enjoyed playing a few rounds. It's one of the most beautiful and oldest golf courses in Italy. We had a great time exploring Lido and its surroundings, and Casa delle Rose B&B was the perfect base for our family vacation.
For dads, it would be great to have some more family-friendly activities available for children.

Great location - close to water taxis and main street with restaurants and shops. Easy access to the main islands of Venice. Friendly and helpful staff - provided recommendations and a delicious breakfast each morning.Clean and spacious rooms with free WiFi.
Limited dining options on the island - mainly local Italian dishes with limited English translation. Shared bathroom - although not a problem due to the low number of guests at a time.

Great experience staying here over Christmas. The rooms and baths were comfortable and clean, with nice amenities like dressing gowns and slippers. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. the host was friendly and informative, providing a map and helpful recommendations for our stay.
Room service wasn't daily and the shared baths were a slight inconvenience. The location, although close to the boat dock and restaurants, was a bit far from the main tourist spots in Venice, requiring a boat ride to reach them.

Stefano, the host, was absolutely incredible - so approachable, friendly. He even went out of his way to get us slippers when we mentioned we thought they were included. The breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly toasted bread, fresh strawberries, Babybels. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the waterbus stop, and the Blue room we stayed in was spacious and quiet. our stay at this charming B&B exceeded all expectations!

The Room: Our room at this B&B was incredibly spacious, with three windows that let in lots of natural light. The en suite bathroom was well-equipped and the room had everything we needed, including a comfortable sofa and a big wardrobe. It felt like a luxurious retreat, with all the amenities one could ask for.
Neighborhood Dog: One minor issue we encountered during our stay was a neighbor's dog that would sometimes bark near the entrance/exit door of the B&B. Although it was no fault of the host, it did make us cautious when leaving the room.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the clean and comfortable rooms at this charming B&B. The fact that they provided fans was a lifesaver during the hot summer weather. the host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and transportation options. The location was also a major plus, as it was close enough to the bustling scene of Venice but situated in a quieter and more relaxing area.
Although my overall experience was positive, there were a few minor downsides. The furnishings in the rooms were a bit outdated, but they added to the cozy and charming atmosphere.
